The goal for Tweeting @ ID as a project was using social media to increase communication in our faculty in order to exchange knowledge between students.


The goal for Tweeting @ ID as a project was using social media to increase communication in our faculty in order to exchange knowledge between students.
The final concept is a table that displays Twitter messages, tweets, from under the table surface using LEDwood technology. These messages can be manipulated by hand gestures over or above the table surface, which is tracked by a webcam.
Users can browse through messages, flip the message upside down so the other side of the table can read it. Sliding the side makes the table go in standby mode, to give users the power to turn off the table briefly if they want to use it for meetings or generally not be distracted

The final Concept works as a connector between people who want to exchange information and get their answer.
This concept got quite a buzz. It featured Yanko Design, BitRebels, over 200 retweets and over 20.000 hits on youtube!
